MOLD TESTING & LABORATORY ANALYSIS
When testing is appropriate, our technicians collect air samples from your property along with a control sample of outdoor air and send them to a laboratory for analysis. Testing can help determine mold spore concentrations and identify the types of mold in the samples. When visible mold is found, we may also collect direct samples from affected surfaces using swab or tape sampling for laboratory identification.
