Today, I had a crisis with my air conditioning condenser motor and Atlantic Heating and Cooling saved the day.  Both Terry and Mary were quick to respond and were even able to investigate my unit, to determine that the motor was still under warranty, which saved us a tremendous mount of money.  In this bustle-bustle words, where good old fashioned customer service is getting more and more rare, it is so wonderful to know that there are still companies out there where ‘quality, honest and integrity” are still practiced.  Those qualities start at the top, so thank you for being such a wonderful businessman and for your good taste in hiring Terry and Mary.  They are serving your company extremely well and have outstanding customer service and technical knowledge.

I wanted to take a moment and let you know about two of your employees.  Mr. Anthony Stocks and Mr. Emery Smith.

These two gentlemen had a lot to do with one of our closing in the month of December.  After a home inspection was done in Cherry Grove, mold was discovered.  Obviously, this put the buyer and seller in a tail spin.  After calling your office, Anthony helped me with an evaluation and Emery handled the mold removed.  They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful and without their help and quick response we probably  would not have closed on time.

Thanks for having great employees that are there when we need them, not only for our business but also for personal home.

Tina, I wanted to drop you a note and let you know that Linda and I have not moved into our new house.  We are waiting for furniture.  Hopefully, our new furniture will be delivered the last week of January or the first week of February.

Even though we have not moved into our new house we have spend a good bit of time there while the floor of the porches were finished, sod laid, generator installed and etc.

In the time we have spent out our new house I have noticed that of the sic houses I have built, the air distribution of this house is the best of any house I have built of owned.  I was very concerned that the way out house is laid out we would have hot and cold spots in the house, unless we used two heating units.  You assured me you could do the job to my satisfaction using only one unit.  I really did not believe it could be done, but agreed to let you have a go at it.

By the time your rough in was finished, I could see I was getting a first class job and some of my fears faded.  It was evident you had spend a great deal of time in laying out and sizing the air distributing system.  Now that the unit has been in for some time, I have not been able to find any notable variance of temperature as I go from room to room.  Neither do I find any great degree of airflow variance from vent to vent.

I am sure Atlantic Heating and Cooling realized what an asset you are to their company.  I hope this is the last house I build, but if there is another you can be assured I will be looking for you to install my heating and cooling system.

Contractor had a very good [in house] carpenter who was able to remove and replace door casing (without damage) in condo to accommodate installation of the unit selected into the small closet space.  Other contractors did not think of this solution and offered a smaller competitors unit without a variable speed fan.  We wanted a Trane unit with the variable speed.

I would like to take this opportunity in thanking Atlantic Heating & Cooling and Anthony for the quick response with regard to my heating and cooling unit.  It is much appreciated that the response was done in such a timely manner and that Anthony did a thorough testing of the unit, only to discover there was something in deed wrong with my unit and hence the large electric bills that I had experienced, from probably the time we have had our condo.  As you can understand with living in Connecticut I need to have trust in the companies I hire to maintain my property, and when I got the electric bill I was horrified and upset as I knew something was in deed wrong.

I thank you for your service and appreciate the fact that the matter was taken care if in a timely manner and that Anthony was able to resolve the matter as well as give us some good advice, in that we have switched to a one zone unit as opposed to a three zone unit which he said and my husband confirmed will be in our best interest.
